Q. How do I register?
A. To start, you have to register an account online.

2. Click on Register (in the upper right corner)
3. Fill in the form and click Submit Form.
4. Your account is now setup and you can proceed with your ordering.
Once you've logged in, you can click on My Account at the top of the page to view, edit or provide more information of your profile.
Q. How do I place my order?
1. Select the information that you want and click Add to Cart.
2. Go to the Shopping Cart, click Submit Order.
3. You will be guided to order details page to complete your payment.
4. You can choose PayPal credit card payment or AliPay online payment.
5. Once payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation on screen and via your registered email.
Q. What is Favorite Information?
A. Favorite Information contains a list of items you selected for your reference or for future purchase.
Q. Can I change items or cancel my order?
A. You cannot change items or cancel your order once your order has been confirmed and delivered.
Q. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
A. All information, once sold are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Q. How can I check or track my order?
A. You can check your order status on MY ACCOUNT / ORDER MANAGEMENT.
